Marion has a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked in the pharmaceutical and semi-conductor industries for over twenty years. She is passionate about Health, Safety and Wellbeing in the workplace. She is particularly interested in the prevention and management of injuries resulting from psychosocial risk factors (commonly referred to as Work Related Stress).

Marion seeks to bring about positive change in her clients’ businesses by removing the complexities often associated with finding safety solutions involving human factors. In her experience, these solutions are often within reach and can be accessed with genuine two-way communication combined with an open mind and fresh thinking.

Marion’s exceptional interpersonal skills, sense of humour and her progressive, collaborative approach means she is ideally positioned to facilitate long lasting solutions for her clients and their employees.

Marion is a guest lecturer in UCC, and is a committee member on both the Desmond-South Munster Branch of IOSH and the Rural Industries Section of the Ireland IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) Branch.

Tony has a wealth of experience and knowledge with a career spanning over thirty years in a variety of sectors. He is very knowledgable about Health, Safety and Environmental matters, and specialises in the area of Facilities Management and the auditing of Safety Management Systems.

Being a former serving member of the Irish Naval Service has thought Tony efficiency, impartiality, honesty, loyalty, integrity, accountability and fairness. He believes that these values are essential components of any organisational culture and instrumental in determining, guiding and informing behaviours.

Tony’s exceptional attention to detail paired with his experience and practical, collaborative approach means he is ideally positioned to deliver practical solutions for clients and their employees. Promoting a positive safety culture is something Tony is recognised for in the many organisations he serves in his role as Health, Safety & Environmental Consultant.
